The Western Arkansas Human Resource Association is among Arkansas' fastest-growing SHRM affiliates, and we're on a mission to empower our members in 2024.

Here's what we're aiming for:

• Double our SHRM dual membership: We want to connect more HR professionals with the resources and network of SHRM.

• Grow to 100 members: Building a strong local HR community benefits everyone.

• Certify 10-15 SHRM professionals: Help advance your career and gain valuable HR credentials.
