The Western Arkansas Human Resource Association has developed into a progressive, professional organization devoted to the advancement of knowledge associated with the varied skills required to translate modern business requirements into effective, meaningful employer/employee relations.

Monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month. The program at each meeting covers topics of interest to the group and/or tours of local companies. Speakers come from government, private industry and professional fields.

Professional Membership (National SHRM Member) - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Individuals engaged in one or more of the following at the exempt or non-exempt levels: employment, placement or human resource planning; education, training or development; payroll, compensation or benefits; health, safety or risk management; employee and labor relations; or human resource research. Also, persons holding HRCI certification; faculty members of colleges/ universities; full-time consultants practicing in the field of human resource management; and/or full-time attorneys with experience in counseling and advising on human resource related matters.
