During this workshop, Ms. Son will simply and clarify the steps of visa sponsorship so that HR professionals can seriously consider hiring foreign nationals without feeling overwhelmed by the requirements of sponsoring. We will also cover the implications for remote work while on H-1B status. The process of sponsoring should not prevent or discourage HR managers from hiring foreign nationals. Ms. Son will explains how the costs of securing a visa will likely outweigh the cost of turnover - hiring and training a new employee, especially since most foreign nationals will stay with the sponsoring company for at least a few years, if not more.
