Join WAHRA as the state's advisor to the stars (HR stars, that is) highlights critical topics from the annual ARSHRM Employment Law and Legislative Affairs (ELLA) Conference. Wayne Young, JD, serves the Arkansas Human Resources professionals as the General Legal Counsel for the ARSHRM State Council. Wayne will provide tools and information needed by those in the HR profession to advocate and influence legislatives issues and to prepare for implementation of new state and federal laws affecting employers and employees.
