Join John Wolfe at this lunch-and-learn to see learn about the USDOL's Occupational Safety and Health Act and what steps employers must take to avoid penalties while safeguarding the wellbeing of their workers. John will explain OSHA's three-legged approach which includes enforcement, outreach, and compliance assistance. In addition to explaining elements such as general duty and inspections, John will provide information about the most commonly cited issues and how each can detrimentally impact the workplace.
