The new EEO Census tables have had an impact on every single AAP. Some HR teams have adapted to the new codes while others are struggling. Join this session to learn from Judy Julius what's really going on and what the EEO expects of employers. Ms. Julius will discuss the differences compared to 2010 including what options employers may have. This session will walk across national, state, metro, compressed, county and industry data. The conversation will include benchmark considerations HR teams should take as they consider alternative approaches and compliance.
