Presented by Meredith Gregston, JD, with Duane Morris, LLP, Austin, TX
Compliance with US Civil Rights Acts should be a strategic goal of every organization. This ensures that all employees have equal opportunity to employment opportunities including pay, benefits, working conditions, and growth opportunities. Employees are often members of more than one class which creates a myriad of considerations when ensuring equal employment opportunity. Intersectionality is the unique dynamic effect created when individuals hold two or more class elements.
