We all love movies, so why not lean into it and have some fun! Let's face it--engaging employees isn't always as easy as falling in love in the movies. But should it be? Let's dive into what truly makes an engaged employee and what bringing the human aspect into work looks like. From Bridget Jones to Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling, we're going to pull lessons from our favorite chick flicks to solve all the world's employee engagement woes. This fun session helps us laugh and our challenges, gain perspective, and use best practices to be more effective

This is dual delivery session with in-person or remote options.  All registrants will a Zoom link in the confirmation and reminder emails.  Please select your intended manner of participation when registering. 

Parking permits are not required.  Parking is available in a number of locations including the lots

  • adjacent to the National Cemetery (north edge) on Garland Avenue (FREE)
  • adjacent to the ArcBest Corporation Performing Arts Center on the east side of Wheeler (Free)
  • and for a nominal rate in metered spaces and the parking garage at 715 Rogers Avenue.

10 Things I Hate About Employee Recognition has been submitted to SHRM and HRCI.  Approvals are pending.
