HR's Role in Organizational Ethic

This presentation prepares HR Professionals to incorporate ethics and values into organizational programs. This program will also teach HR professionals how to reinforce the organization’s core values through modeling, communication, and coaching.

Learning Objectives:

1 How to incorporate ethics and values into organizational programs.

2 How to reinforce the organization’s core values through modeling and coaching.

3 How to identify and reward ethical behavior in the workplace.

This session benefits HR professionals at all levels. It is approved by HRCI and meets its annual requirement for one-hour Ethics training.

This is a dual delivery session with in-person or remote options.  All registrants will a Zoom link in the confirmation and reminder emails.  Please select your intended manner of participation when registering. 

Parking permits are not required.  Parking is available in a number of locations including the lots

  • adjacent to the National Cemetery (north edge) on Garland Avenue (FREE)
  • adjacent to the ArcBest Corporation Performing Arts Center on the east side of Wheeler (Free)
  • and for a nominal rate in metered spaces and the parking garage at 715 Rogers Avenue

HR's Role in Organizational Ethics has been submitted to SHRM and HRCI.  Approvals are pending.
