Keep on the Sunny Side of Life:
A New Year Resolution for HR Pros
by John Troutman
National Director of Marketing and Business Development
Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP Services in Harrisburg PA
As the 3rd year of the pandemic unfolds, workplace pressures continue to mount for HR professionals. And HR Professionals are not immune to burnout. This one hour presentation will reveal the 13 characteristics that helped people overcome traumatic events like being a prisoner of war or being lost at sea. These resilient skills can be honed in any environment and prevent burnout from taking its hold on leadership or manpower. Understanding how and when to deploy Employee Assistance Plans (EAPs) is critical to the mental wellbeing of all employee stakeholders. Mr. Troutman will expand the conversation to include targeting inefficient Workplace Processes, Excessive Workloads & Negative Leadership Behaviors. Highlights include the five burnout warning signs, growing resiliency in the 13 areas of life, and coping techniques for inefficient workplace processes, work overloads, and negative leaders.
