HOPE, Healthy On-the-job Productive Employees, is a strategic approach to growing quality-of-life initiatives that support the life of the organizations as well as the life of the workers. Wellness programs are well documents in their ability to reduce healthcare costs and increase productivity as well as improve engage and organizational loyalty. Customizing wellness platforms to the ever-changing workplace is key. Participants will review data about the return on investment for various wellness program offerings, data on impact on workplace culture, and overall improvement in worker health. Best practices will be reviewed
