by CBPD Director Kendall Ross
Garnering the proverbial seat at the table has always challenged HR professionals. The language of HR, after all, doesn't lean itself to operational terms such as efficiency and return on investment. Lean principles which seek to reduce inefficiencies and thus improve the customer experience, have long since been associated with manufacturing.
This session will be lead by Kendall Ross, director of the UAFS Center for Business and Professional Development.
This session will introduce attendees to the principles of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) strategies and demonstrate the value in using LSS approaches to HR competencie
