Based on her popular FMLA Boot Camp, Ms. Duke addresses top mistakes employers make when administering leave under FMLA. Topics to be addressed include an overview of the law, duties and responsibility of employers, appropriate timelines, and FMLA trends. Discussion will include challenges faced daily by HR pros including how to handle an employee who has exhausted FMLA but requests more time off work.
