Form I-9 Compliance:  Good, Better and Best Practices

Are you and your team using best practices when it comes to Form I-9 compliance?

The federal government recommends all employers conduct self-audits of their Form  I-9 systems.  If you are unsure about the procedures surrounding this process, you could case more  mistakes than you correct.  In this session, attendees will explore guidance on self-audits in an effort to gain complete I-9 compliance during a "high enforcement" era.   In particular, members will (1) discover federal guidance for I-9 self-audits, (2) identify all federal regulatory agencies which may have an interest in the I-9 process. 

This session will be conducted by Sheila Moss, owner of Solutions Team.  Moss travels the nation presenting HR related topics and providing training programs.  She's regarded as a subject matter expert in employment eligibility compliance and is affectionately referred to as "the I-9 Lady."  

Form I-9 Compliance has been approved by  SHRM has approved this session for 1 PDC and HRCI has approved it for  1.0 general HR credit!

Please note the location of this session is the Echols Conference Center Room 106 on the UAFS Campus.  The building is located adjacent to the Stubblefield Center at Waldron and Kinkead.  The drive and parking is located east of the Echols Building near the UAFS baseball field.
