WAHRA is dedicated to advancing the Human Resources profession in the Greater Fort Smith region, encompassing Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.

We achieve this by:

• Fostering professional growth: Offering networking opportunities, educational programs, and leadership development initiatives.

• Advocating for HR professionals: Representing the interests of HR professionals in the region, influencing local policies and legislation.
