Improving Teamwork, Productivity, and Job Satisfaction

Presented by Kevin Sturm,  FocalPoint Coaching (Founder), Washington, DC

Have you ever wondered why otherwise great team members struggle with certain assignments? Have you ever hired a new team member who appeared to be a can’t miss prospect only to have them fail to perform well upon their arrival? Do you notice that you enjoy certain types of work and can seemingly work all day when performing those tasks while getting frustrated in a short time working on other tasks?

If any of these scenarios sound familiar you have likely experienced mismatches which are explained by best-selling author Patrick Lencioni in his latest book The 6 Types of Working Genius.

Attracting, developing, and retaining talented employees is a critical success factor for all companies as the competition for talent increases every year. The Working Genius theory gives Human Resources professionals a key tool to help ensure they hire the right candidate and put them in the right position to maximize the potential of the individual and the team as a whole. In a working environment where quiet quitting and burnout proliferate, Working Genius concepts can provide the antidote.

In this interactive workshop leaders will learn how to take advantage of the Working Genius to improve individual and team performance and effectiveness, while enhancing employee engagement and job satisfaction. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about how work gets done and how you can ensure your organizations function effectively.
